What is Avantly?

Avantly is a platform that lets restaurants and other businesses run gift certificate donation campaigns and customer feedback surveys, without building any of it themselves.

Gift certificate campaigns

Many restaurants receive requests to donate gift certificates to local schools, charities, and events. Avantly turns that into a self-service flow:

1. You publish a campaign — a branded donation request form, either embedded on your website or hosted on a link you share.
2. People fill out the form to request a certificate — this becomes a donation request.
3. You (or Avantly, automatically) approve or reject the request.
4. Approval generates a gift certificate — a unique code with a PDF and QR code — emailed straight to the requester.
5. Whoever holds the certificate redeems it at your business, and the redemption is recorded.

Feedback surveys

Avantly also runs feedback surveys: a simple star-rating form you send to customers (by QR code, receipt link, or however you like).

• High ratings can route customers straight to a public review site (like Google Maps), helping you collect more public reviews.
• Low ratings are captured privately with a follow-up question, so you hear about problems before they become public reviews.
